Description
Use weighted balloon clusters as centerpiece decorations for any festive event.
Instructions
Use weighted balloon clusters, or several individual balloons,
with lots of curled ribbon to create a quick, festive centerpiece. Be
sure to make the ribbon(s) attached to the weight at least 30” long so
guests sitting on opposite sides of the table can see one another.
