How to Make a Balloon Arch

Instructions:

  1. Put one PVC pipe into the hole at the top of each of the orange cones. Place the caps on the PVC pipes.
  2. Heat up your low temperature glue gun. Starting at the bottom, carefully glue the balloons onto the PVC pipes. To glue the balloons on, simply place glue on the knotted end of the balloon and press it onto the PVC pipe.
  3. The glue from a glue gun will not stick to the orange cones. To cover up the orange cones, we glued the bottom balloons to the other balloons around it.
  4. Once you have both poles covered, thread your needle with some thread. Tie the end of the thread onto the PVC pipe. Use the cap to keep the thread in place.
  5. Inflate the empty balloons with the Balloon Time Helium Tank one at a time and string the balloon through the knotted end onto the thread using your needle. Be careful to only pierce the knotted end of your balloon.
  6. Once you have all 20 balloons filled and threaded, tie the other end of the thread onto the opposite PVC pole. Spread out the helium-filled balloons to balance the arch on either side.
