Description

A great decoration that can also be a craft activity for young party guests!

Instructions

1. Inflate 5 balloons of the same color with helium to about 8 inches.

2. Tie two balloons together at the necks, and then tie on a third balloon.

3. Take the remaining two balloons, and tie them together at the necks.

4. Take the two clusters of balloons, and twist them together at the necks to create a ring of five balloons.

5. Inflate a sixth balloon of a contrasting color slightly smaller, and tie it to the center of the cluster.
