Description
Take finger-painting up a notch with a balloon as a canvas.
Children have the ability to let their mind roam free while they paint a
face, the earth, a monster or anything else their heart desires with a
little bit of paint and a balloon.
Instructions
1. Inflate balloon and tie ribbon.
2. Have children use finger paint to create own piece of artwork.
3. Let dry.
