Clusters of four green balloons are a quick and fitting decoration for this Irish celebration!
Instructions
Inflate 4 green balloons with helium to about 8 inches. Tie two balloons together at the necks. Take the remaining two balloons, and tie them together at the necks. Take the two pairs of balloons, and twist them together at the necks to create a cluster of four balloons.
