Description
Draw an eerie face on the balloon and add some streamers to set the mood!
Instructions
Inflate a white balloon, and secure to a table or chair with
ribbon. Cut seven, 16" lengths of white, crepe paper streamers. Tape the
streamers around the widest part of the balloon so that they hang down
about 12 inches. Draw an eerie face on the balloon, and then cut off the
ribbon while being careful to not puncture the balloon. This ghost will
float against the ceiling. (Float time: 2 hours) Use eight, 24" lengths
of streamers if you want the ghost to hover across the floor. (Hover
time: 1-2 hours).
