Description
These festive decorations will remind your guests of fireworks in mid-explosion!
Instructions
Attach several varying lengths of red, white and blue ribbons to
red and blue helium-filled balloons, and carefully fray and curl some
of the ribbons with scissors. Let the balloons float freely in the room
or secure one of the ribbons to a stationary object. You can also put
weights or confetti inside the balloons before inflating them so they
hover around the room. The different lengths and colors will remind your
guests of fireworks in mid-explosion.
